collect personal data or accept Community registrations from children
under the age of 13. The Children's Online Protection Policy Act
(COPPA) prohibits websites, including HealingAfterLoss.Org, from
soliciting or recording the email addresses or other information
of children under the age of 13 without parental or guardian consent.
Rather than implementing an age verification system to comply with
COPPA, HealingAfterLoss.Org will not knowingly accept registrations
by individuals aged 12 or under.
