HealingAfterLoss.Org, Inc. is now a §501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 corporation, established under Section 402 of the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law in the State of New York, EIN 20-0745931.

Many people who have found support through the grieving process desire to help support HALO financially. How can you support HealingAfterLoss.Org, Inc. (aka HALO)? There are several ways to do so.

You may not be aware that you can designate your United Way contribution to any §501(c)(3) organization. HealingAfterLoss.Org, Inc. qualifies as a potiential recipient of your contributions. See your Human Resources representative for information about how you can choose to designate your contribution to help keep this site online.

An alternative is to make a purchase from Amazon.com, Amazon UK, or Amazon Canada after clicking on one of their links anywhere on our site. HealingAfterLoss.Org earns a bonus from Amazon through those click referrals. You can order any Amazon product. We also have several online stores, which we call HALO Helping Hands. Our links page contains a variety of not-for-profit grief related organizations and groups. We exchange links with those like minded groups. Sometimes we receive requests from for-profit organizations to exchange links. We do not add companies to our links list as "free advertising" for a profit making website. At the bottom of our pages, however, we do have rotating Google advertising links. This is the only avenue for advertising a 'for profit' organization on the HALO website. The board and staff desire to keep the site focused on its purpose and not let it get cluttered up by advertising. If you would like to advertise your for-profit company in the Google rotating ads, you can visit Google AdWords for more information.

We encourage our members to use the Google Search Bar and to click on the Google rotating advertising at the bottom of every page. If you see a product or a website advertised on our pages that you are interested in, HALO receives a small amount of money for each click.
